Moist Gingerbread

100g Butter, softened
100g Sugar

1 Egg
200g Molasses

300g AP Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
0.5 tsp Cloves
0.5 tsp Salt

225g Hot Water

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and molasses. Add the dry ingredients. Stir in water.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
